222 Residences, Private Yatch & Beach Club
The Loros Yacht Club & Private Residences is an approved major development project located on the southern Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. This is truly a unique project in an ideal location.

The historic Chiquita Banana Company town of Golfito sits in a naturally-protected harbor off of the larger Golfo Dulce, just north of the Panamanian border.
The site is adjacent to some of the most biologically-diverse land in the world, with wildlife preserves, rain forests, and the vast Osa Peninsula, home of the world famous Corcovado National Park. The coastline, only minutes from the site, contains some of the most sought-after cruising and sportfishing territory in the world. Golfito’s unique geography makes it a natural marina in its own.
Calm deep water and strong natural protection from weather conditions provide the ideal location for the development of this project as it does not require a breakwater. For this same reason, Golfito is the only authorized yacht transportation pick-up and drop-off location in all of Central America.
As the southernmost port of entry into Costa Rica, the state-of-the-art marina resort will provide the first well-sheltered harbor north of the Panama Canal. Loros will feature amenities that will rival any upscale resort in the world with an over-the-water yacht club, resort-style pools, spa, gourmet grocery and a fitness center. A bespoke concierge service will coordinate excursions, airport transport and other exclusive conveniences, pleasure yachters will be drawn to this charming retreat.
Loros has three distinct zones designed in harmony with the existing landscape.
Boutique Hotel
The Waterfront future phase consists of .72 hectares (1.77 acres) of titled property. There is an existing hotel with pool, bar, and restaurant.
When it’s feasible to demolish the existing hotel we will construct 8673 square meters (93,356 square feet) of titled waterfront villas. This will most likely be the last area to develop utilizing the existing infrastructure as long as possible and saving the most valuable real estate until the last phase.
The existing hotel includes 1550 square meters (16,678 square feet) of construction including 18 Rooms, 3 2 bed 2 bath cabins, an owners home, a bar, restaurant, and pool area nestled within 9,800 square meters (105,486 square feet) of titled waterfront properties.
The hotel resort will stay operational for a few years after the marina is finished until it is feasible to demolish the hotel and construct 9,918 square meters of waterfront villas in its place. This will more than likely happen in stages utilizing the existing infrastructure as long as possible.
